Polenergia creates an inclusive work culture.  We believe that equal career opportunities for all are one of the key elements needed to achieve sustainability. We support women and develop leadership skills among women. We actively counteract any violations of the equal treatment principle, both in our Group and among our business partners. We monitor the percentage of women occupying key positions in the company head office and the issue of equal pay for men and women. By actively managing the diversity area, we build commitment and create innovation, which are both necessary to implement our growth strategy.

We want to be a key producer of green hydrogen in Poland, effectively contributing to the decarbonization of the energy sector.

Based on its knowledge and experience, Polenergia actively supports the efforts to widely apply innovative, environmentally-friendly solutions in the field of generation, trading and distribution of energy from renewable, ecological sources.
