Dębsk Wind Farm

The Dębsk Wind Farm project is executed by a special purpose vehicle Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 Sp. z o.o. The Dębsk Wind Farm is located in the Żuromin township and in the Kuczbork Osada township in the Żuromin county in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

Decision on environmental conditions issued by the head of the Kuczbork Osada township for the project involving construction of the “Żuromin FW2” wind farm with a total maximum capacity up to 87 MW, which will consist of up to 29 wind turbines with capacity up to 3 MW each, underground connections to GPZ substations, internal access roads. Decision on environmental conditions issued by the Mayor of the Żuromin Township and City for the construction project of the “Żuromin FW3” wind farm with a total maximum capacity up to 99 MW, which will consist of up to 33 wind turbines with maximum sound power level of no more than 106.5 dB each and capacity up to 3 MW each.

A permit for the construction of wind turbines with accompanying infrastructure has also been obtained in the project. Ultimately, the company has decided to build 55 wind turbines. The capacity of individual Vestas V110–2.2MW wind turbines will be 2.2 MW. The total installed capacity of the wind farm is planned at 44 MW.

The total installed capacity of the wind farm will be 121 MW. The scope of the project also includes the main power supply point (GPZ), underground infrastructure of power and control cables as well as access roads to individual wind turbines and service and assembly yards. The energy generated by the wind turbines at the Dębsk Wind Farm will be transmitted through underground cable lines to the GPZ substation. After being converted to high voltage, electricity will be transmitted via a 110 kV underground cable that is approx. 63 km long, to the GPZ Kruszczewo substation owned by the Energa group. Construction work commenced in Q2 2020 and is slated for completion in Q2 2022, and the occupancy permit and license should be received in Q3 2022.
