In cooperation with the management and employees, a new model of annual assessment has been prepared. To manage a team effectively and prepare plans for employee development, the assessment will be carried out at least twice a year (it has been performed once a year so far). It will consist not only of the module of assessment of the assumed business objectives. It has been extended by the so called behavioral objectives. The assessment is to focus on how employees perform their duties. The emphasis is put in particular on the assessment regarding the fulfillment of the requirements of the highest ethical standards. The assessment also includes an extended module for planning employees’ careers, support provided by the supervisor and adjustment of the path to employees’ needs.
