25th Science Picnic

During the picnic, we will present our new educational project Play Green with Us!® aimed at primary school students. Ready-to-use eco lesson plans will show parents, educators and teachers how to introduce young people to sustainability in the broadest sense of the term in an accessible and user-friendly way and raise their awareness of the energy transition, the need to protect land and water and the principles of a circular economy.

This year, the theme of the Science Picnic is water and its role in our environment. Therefore, at the stand of Polenergia and the Kulczyk Foundation there will be no shortage of educators who, together with Zosia and her mother Wanda – the protagonists of our ecological stories – will conduct numerous and very interesting experiments. We will give you a hint of what the pressure and density of water is. We will show why it is so important to retain water and stop surface run-off. We will create a water tornado and a real cloud. We will also tell you the important role water plays in the human body and what you need to eat and drink to be healthy! There will also be plenty of activities for the youngest children, who will be able to splash, colour and build, and above all have a great time together.
