Diversity IN Check

Responsible Business Forum, the coordinator of the Diversity Charter, for the first time in history presented the results of the Diversity IN Check study for Poland. The list comprises only 31 organizations which have already reached a specified level of maturity in diversity management. The Polenergia Group is among these organizations.

Diversity IN Check is a tool allowing for diagnosing the employer’s maturity in the area of diversity management and building inclusive organizations. It makes it possible to measure the effectiveness of the actions taken so far and plan further priorities.  The survey questionnaire was based on recognized international standards and guidelines, including: SDGs, ISO 26000, GRI Standards and OECD guidelines for multinational companies.

Our participation in the survey, following the signing of the Diversity Charter, is another step in implementation of an inclusive work culture. Joining the survey, we measure and control our progress and popularize diversity management and inclusion among a broad group of employers in Poland.
