Dębsk Wind Farm is located at the area delineated by the location of Zielona, Kuczbork, Dębsk, Chamsk, Olszewo, Olszewko, Kliczewo Duże, Kliczewo Małe and Kosewo villages in Żuromin Municipality and Kuczbork Osada Municipality, Żuromin Poviat, Mazovian Voivodeship. 15 wind turbines will be located in Kuczbork-Osada Municipality, while the remaining 40 in Żuromin Municipality.
Dębsk Wind Farm Project is implemented by Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 Sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle wholly-owned by Polenergia Group.
The expected annual electricity generation at Dębsk WF Project will be approximately 366 GWh.
The project is implemented in two Municipalities: Żuromin and Kuczbork-Osada, in Żuromin Poviat. The Project will increase the Municipalities’ revenue from taxes paid by the Company, and the owners of the land on which the wind farm and associated infrastructure are located will receive benefits from land lease or easement agreements.
Polenergia is heavily involved in educational activities relating to environmental and climate protection in the area of FW Dębsk, i.e. in the Municipalities of Żuromin and Kuczbork-Osada. Together with 8 educational institutions, it is implementing the environmental project Graj z nami w zielone!®, under which lessons on water protection, waste segregation and renewable energy sources are organised.
Polenergia supports the activities of the Municipality, as well as the associations and sports clubs that operate in the FW Dębsk Project area. The Company supports activities for the benefit of schools (e.g. classroom equipment), children’s sports activities (e.g. renovation of playing fields and purchase of sports equipment), as well as associations providing assistance to the families of the Municipalities’ most deprived residents.
Dębsk WF has all necessary permits to operate in compliance with environmental regulations.
