Modlikowice Wind Farm is located in Zagrodno Municipality, Złotoryja Poviat, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Modlikowice WF was put into operation at the beginning of 2012. Modlikowice WF consists of 12 Vestas V90-2.0 MW turbines, each 105 m high and with rotor diameter of 90 m. Total capacity of Modlikowice WF is 24 MW. Modlikowice WF is connected to the SN/110 kV transformer station located on plot No. 480, Modlikowice section, Zagrodno Municipality.
The farm is owned by Talia Sp. z o.o., wholly-owned by Polenergia Group.
Annual electricity generation at Mycielin WF Project is approximately 47,526 MWh.
The Project will increase the Municipalities’ revenue from taxes paid by the Company, and the owners of the land on which the wind farm and associated infrastructure are located will receive benefits from land lease or easement agreements.
Polenergia supports educational activities in Zagrodno Municipality through the implementation of the environmental project Graj z nami w zielone!® in the School and Kindergarten Complex in Zagrodno. In addition, it funds the school’s activities relating to the purchase of educational materials and stationery.
Charitable activities in Zagrodno Municipality include support for the Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Sports Club, which operate e.g. for the benefit of children and their development. In addition, support is provided to associations that activate and involve children and local residents in educational, cultural and sporting activities.
Modlikowice WF has all necessary permits to operate in compliance with environmental regulations.
