We are aware that the persons who feel accepted and respected, regardless of their psycho-sexual orientation, gender identity, origin and appearance, work better and are more involved and open to build a strong team. This is why we decided to organise webinars dedicated to inclusive communication aimed at including people in the teams and various social groups. Gaining knowledge on the tolerance limits and language environment in which we function among gender roles and prejudices is important in order to be able to better understand the world we live in and to have respect for other – different – people. In November and December 2022 we organised two such meetings and another one is scheduled in 2023.
The training is carried out by Ane Piżl, who is not only a paramedic, but who has also been an equality activist for 19 years. She is a member of the Anti-discrimination Education Society and Amnesty International educator network
