A new model for annual evaluation has been developed in cooperation with management and employees. In order to manage the team more effectively and develop employee improvement plans, the evaluation will take place at least twice a year (until now the evaluation took place once a year). It will consist not only of an evaluation module of the established business goals. It has been expanded to include so-called behavioral goals. It is to focus on how employees perform their duties. The emphasis is particularly on evaluating for compliance with the highest ethical standards. The appraisal also includes an expanded module on employee career planning, supervisor support and path alignment.
