Szprotawa II
Szprotawa I Photovoltaic Farm (Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Namysłów sp. z o.o.) will be located in the Szprotawa and Niegosławice municipalities in the Żagań County in the Lubusz Voivodeship. The project will consist of 4 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of 47 MWp along with necessary technical infrastructure. The commissioning of the Szprotawa I Photovoltaic Farm is planned for the first half of 2025.
The Szprotawa II Photovoltaic Farm (Polenergia Farma Fotowoltaiczna 16 sp. z o.o.) will be located in the Szprotawa municipality in the Żagań County in the Lubusz Voivodeship. The capacity of the photovoltaic installation will be 20 MWp. The commissioning of the Szprotawa II Photovoltaic Farm is planned for the first half of 2025.
The Project will increase the Municipalities’ revenue from taxes paid by the Company, and the owners of the land on which the photovoltaic farm and associated infrastructure are located will receive benefits from land lease or easement agreements.
From March to October 2023, a natural inventory of the area for the planned photovoltaic farm was conducted to assess the presence of birds, bats, other mammals, reptiles and amphibians, fungi, lichens, vegetation, and valuable habitats.
In March 2024, natural supervision over the construction began, which will continue until the completion of the construction.
