Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 4 Sp. z oo has been registered with the National Emissions Management Center (NERC) and a report for 2022 has been submitted by the end of February 2023, as required.
In 2016 and 2017, monitoring of the Project’s impact on birds and bats was conducted. In accordance with the provisions of the decision on environmental conditions, the results of the studies were provided to the administrative bodies (the Municipal Office and the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection ) after the completion of each monitoring semester. The studies found no negative impact of the project on birds and bats.
The next cycle of monitoring and summary of the three-year ornithological research took place in 2019. The final report was sent to the administrative bodies and made available to the local community at the information desk upon completion of the studies and preparation of the analysis, i.e. in May 2020.
In accordance with the environmental decision, ex-post noise measurements were made in November 2015 and April-May 2016. The measurements were carried out by a certified subcontractor. Based on the results, neither daytime nor nighttime exceedances were recorded. The results of the aforementioned noise analysis were forwarded to the relevant authorities, who made no comments.
