The first turbine on the wind farm in Szymankowo!

The works on the assembly of windmills are carried out in two stages. First, a smaller crane installs the first sections of a tower, then 4 more sections of the tower, gondola, and three wings are separately installed by the main crane. We have been waiting for the new windmill for almost 5 years since the launch of the Mycielin Wind Farm. The new wind turbine in Szymankowo is 9 meters higher than the one in Mycielin! The height of the tower with the gondola is 134 meters.

The project is financed with Polenergia’s funds and a bank loan provided by EBRD, mBank S.A., and ING Polska.
