In 2025, Polenergia became the Strategic Partner of the Energy Academy for the sixth time, an initiative organised by the Lesław Paga Foundation. The project aims to support young managerial talent interested in expanding their knowledge of the energy market in Poland. The Energy Academy is targeted at students (from the second year of study) and graduates (up to 26 years of age) who wish to develop leadership skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector in Poland and globally.
The theme of the 14th edition of the Energy Academy was “Energy Critical Point”, referring to the moment when strategy, security vision, projects, and the necessary resources must be harmonised to enable the creation of a new energy order.
Polenergia Group specialists conducted three lectures:
- “The Role of PPA Contracts in Stabilising Electricity Prices Amid Regulatory Changes and Market Mechanisms for Electricity and Related Products”,
- “Energy Consumption Management and Dynamic Pricing: Using Green Energy to Reduce Costs in Companies”,
- “Energy Storage as an Essential Element of the Energy Transition”,
as well as a workshop on M&A, focusing on investment decision-making. In addition, Łukasz Buczyński, then Member of the Management Board of Polenergia S.A., led a leadership workshop for the Academy participants.
As part of its collaboration with the Lesław Paga Foundation, Polenergia also became a Gold Partner of the 20th edition of the Capital Markets Leaders Academy in 2025.
