Applying the highest safety standards is an integral element of business activities across all areas — from strategic projects such as the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea with a total capacity of up to 3,000 MW, implemented jointly with the Norwegian company Equinor, to everyday operational work at onshore wind farms and photovoltaic farms.

On April 22, we celebrated Earth Day. For us, it’s more than just a symbolic date – it’s an opportunity to take action together for nature and a healthy lifestyle. For the fourth year in a row, we kicked off the cycling season by taking part in Bike Day.

The chances of survival for a person in cardiac arrest more than double when external automatic defibrillators (AEDs) are available when first aid is administered. That is why the Polenergia Group’s facilities have been furnished with this life-saving equipment.

Since 2017, training exercises of firefighters from the “Gdynia” Work-At-Height Rescue Service are held every year within the Puck Wind Farm premises.
Polenergia puts the safety of its employees at the top of its agenda, which is why it places great emphasis on the verification and continuous development of knowledge in this area.
The following training courses were conducted in 2021: “Healthy Energy Farm” training series, employees of Wind Farms and Photovoltaic Farms took part in a training course on working at heights, during which issues of personal protective equipment (harnesses, evacuation systems, etc.) were also included.
Therefore, the organisation of health and safety training for employees and colleagues of the Polenergia Group is a very important activity.
