Therefore, the organisation of health and safety training for employees and colleagues of the Polenergia Group is a very important activity.
In 2020, the following training courses were conducted:
first aid training in March in the Warsaw office
in July, employees of Wind Farms and Photovoltaic Farms took part in a training on working at heights, which also covered issues related to personal protective equipment (harnesses, evacuation systems, etc.)
in October, evacuation and first-aid training was also organised for subcontractors on the site of newly constructed facilities
