Annual report

In accordance with the highest standards of financial institutions, every year Polenergia publishes an Environment Social Health and Safety (ESHS) report. The report presents the status of execution of projects, both in operation and during construction and development, as well as occupational safety and health issues and the status of execution of the tasks laid down in the Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP) and Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP).

The annual report presents:

General information on the Group’s assets;
Information on the Group’s overall results in the area of environmental protection;
Summary of all areas of material non-compliance with environmental regulations or material breaches of permits;
Information on all major fines or other penalties or pending proceedings associated with environmental and occupational safety and health issues;
General information on execution of environmental and social action plans and on all new projects or changes in planned projects;
Regulations pertaining to environmental protection and occupational safety and health affecting projects;
Information on all changes pertaining to Natura 2000 sites or Important Bird Areas affecting Projects at the phase of development, construction or planning;
Information on new projects, status of environmental impact assessment (EIA) procedures and public consultations;
Information on the status of execution of the tasks laid down in the Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP) and Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP).
