Over the past year, we have witnessed once again the power of working hand in hand with our colleagues and in close partnership with the communities where we operate. It is through these shared efforts that we can strengthen local communities, build trust and meaningful relationships, and deliver initiatives that create real, lasting value for both people and the environment.

We pay close attention to the needs of the communities in the vicinity of Polenergia Group’s projects and respond to them through collaborative, partnership-driven initiatives. This approach enables us not only to develop Polenergia’s renewable energy portfolio and support energy transition, but also to co-create initiatives that truly matter to local communities. Our actions are not just an add-on to our business – they are an integral part of it. In line with our ESG Strategy, for another consecutive year we have allocated 1% of consolidated net profit to social engagement initiatives.

These funds support four key areas defined in the Polenergia Group Social Engagement Policy: promoting health, including safety and physical activity; fostering equality and supporting diversity, including programs for seniors and people with disabilities; education and culture; and environmental initiatives, including biodiversity conservation. Climate education and the development of future energy professionals hold a special place in our efforts. By sharing expertise and experience, we aim to inspire younger generations to shape the future consciously and responsibly. At the same time, we actively support the engagement of adults and seniors, helping prevent social isolation, strengthen self-worth, and promote independence.
