Polenergia cares about the safety of its employees, which is why on April 9, 2025, we organized a mobile bike service for the third time.
Service stations were set up at two of our offices in Warsaw as well as at the Combined Heat and Power Plant in Nowa Sarzyna. In total, despite unfavorable weather conditions, as many as 70 bicycles were serviced.
As a surprise, Bike Day participants received gifts from the Health & Safety Department, including a bicycle repair kit, a first aid kit, a reflective vest, and many other items. Bike Day is growing in popularity each year. This event promotes a healthy lifestyle and a safe, active commute to work.
Additionally, since the beginning of April, Polenergia Group employees have been participating in a three-month sports challenge called POWER UP!, organized through the Activy mobile app.
The goal of this challenge, which began in 2023 and continued in 2024 and 2025, is to motivate Polenergia employees to engage in physical activity, count their steps, and adopt healthy habits—such as cycling or walking to work.
Every year, the points earned by employees for their physical activities are converted by Polenergia into a donation for a chosen charity.
In 2025, we are exercising and collecting points to achieve a noble goal – to donate PLN 30,000 to the CukierAsy Association, which supports children with type 1 diabetes.
